Aluminum Die Casting Equipment
20 Cold Chamber Die Cast Machines (250 to 1200 ton)
Kurt Manufacturing has 20 cold chamber die casting machines in our expansive facility, that enables us to handle aluminum die casting projects with part weight from mere ounces all the way up to 26 pounds. These die cast machines themselves weigh up to 1,200 tons.
Kurt is capable of die casting five primary aluminum alloys, as well as the ability to add additional alloys when our customers have a specific material need for their aluminum die casting project.
28 trim presses sized from 20 to 250 ton
Our 90,000 square foot facility also houses 28 trim presses, up to giant 250 ton presses. This equipment includes automated trim stations that allow us to offer improved quality in the aluminum die casting process through consistent process. This automation also allows us to provide high volume aluminum die casting and aluminum machining services, with consistent quality and quick turn around times.
In addition, we offer multiple material bead blasting.
