Did you know that every October, The ESOP Association and employee owned companies like Kurt celebrate Employee Ownership Month? This is a time to reflect on the spirit of employee ownership and focus on the benefits of working together as one, cohesive team.  

As of 2017, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) estimates there are roughly 7,000 employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) covering about 14 million employees.
